1. What are the aims and scope of the IJPO?

International Journal of Performance & Organizations (IJPO) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, journal. The journal is published in both print and online versions. It provides an academic platform for professionals and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. International Journal of Performance & Organizations (IJPO) carries original and full-length articles that reflect the latest research and developments in both theoretical and practical aspects of business and management.

3. How international will the journal be and how will this be reflected in the editorial objectives?

to give an international vocation to the journal, our international network will allow us to target good European and American researchers. The composition of the editorial committee, from all over the world, will allow us to give credibility to the quality of the papers that will be published in the journal. the choice of published topics must also have a universal vocation. this will have readers from all over the world.

4. What intentions, if any, do you have regarding foreign-language contributions?

All the publications will be in English and we can, probably, publish some issues in French. if necessary, publishers are bilingual and can of course check and verify all accepted papers.

5. Rationale For The Journal

Few journals dealing with issues related to performance in its entirety and this review can bring added value to this issue related to various disciplines for both private companies but also for public organizations. the journal will contribute to the development of tools and techniques for improving performance. The relationship that the journal will maintain with other journals is a relationship of complementarity and competitiveness. A relationship of complementarity consists in having information that can be complemented and a relationship of competitiveness that translates into the high quality of the papers that will be proposed.
